What CFG Properties does:

Real Core will work as a developer, fee paid consultant, or investor.

CFG can and will:

-Develop and sell site w/ approvals to client

-Find assemble and provide opportunity to Client

-Buy, Develop, and build to suit for lease to Client

-Buy, Develop, and build to suit for sale to Client

-Buy, Develop, and Ground Lease

-Allow flexible options to client

CFG will work with the Tenant/Client to develop and implement new store expansion plans or relocation plans within Berks and Schuykill County PA.

After identifying a potential location for tenant/client, CFG will work with the governing bodies to see if the deal could potentially work. If indeed the deal is probable CFG will obtain the sites with contingent contract to acquire the locations for the specific tenant/client.

Once sites are under CFG’s control and a lease is committed to by Tenant. CFG will procure all necessary permits and approvals to construct or renovate the site to the tenant’s specs.

CFG will then sell the site to the tenant/client, hold the property and obtain permanent financing, or sell the site to help fund future projects.
